La Table du Dimitile

The Chef brings out the authenticity of local Reunionese produce in a cuisine that combines boldness and subtlety. A skilful blend of Creole tradition revisited and culinary influences from abroad, just like the island’s culture: diversified, multicoloured and generous. Our taste buds are taken on a journey through the seasons by our chef, whose only driving force is a taste for good produce and genuine flavours. Seeking out the freshest local produce, he buys from the island’s market gardeners, farmers and fishermen, renowned for their professionalism and the quality of their products. The menu brilliantly combines the refinement of French gastronomy with the delicious flavours of the island and beyond. The chef is also a lover of plants, and offers recipes specially prepared for vegetarians.
Lunch is served from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. (last order at 1.30 p.m.).
Dinner from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. (last order at 9.30 p.m.).
The restaurant is open to hotel guests and non-guests alike.

Letchi Bar

The lounge bar area, beneath the imposing litchi tree, is the ideal place to enjoy a drink in a leafy atmosphere, with a selection of cocktails and mocktails specially designed by our head barman. There’s also a selection of delicious snacks to accompany a draught beer brewed in the village of Entre-Deux. In the evening, the illuminated atmosphere provides a pleasant setting for sharing a good time before moving on to La Table du Dimitile.

Buffet Breakfast

A varied buffet breakfast is served from 7am to 10am in the restaurant or on the terrace to get the day off to a good start. A wide range of products is on offer: various breads, pastries, cold meats, cheeses, cereals, savoury and sweet fillings, eggs, bacon, fresh fruit… accompanied by attentive, personalised service.

Enjoy the comfort of your room and have your breakfast delivered to you between 7 and 10 a.m. At the Dimitile Hôtel & Spa, breakfast is far from being a detail!We want you to feel as good as possible, so we offer you an “in-room formula” for €20, including: a hot drink, fresh fruit juice, pastries, bread, butter, local jam, fruit salad, yoghurt and cereals. Remember to book the evening before by 9.30pm at reception or by dialling 9 on your telephone.

La Table du Dimitile can cater for groups at lunchtime and in the evening in a cosy setting, whether for corporate groups or for any special occasion.
It seats 50, but can accommodate up to 150 people standing if the restaurant is privatised.

Yes, we offer half-board packages. Half-board includes :

  • Buffet breakfast in the restaurant.
