Fancy discovering a unique local beer?  Look no further than La BIB, a must-try in Entre-Deux.

We are very proud to work with this brewery. Bottled or draught, you can taste their range of blends in our bar: blond, white, amber, IPA depending on the season…

Right in the heart of the village, at Vavang’Art, David and his team even offer brewing workshops with equipment, ingredients and a coach to guide you.

La Gourmandise des moches

Sandra Ramaye is the founder and chef of La Gourmandise des moches association. “Preparations based on fruit and vegetables that are as good as they’re ugly”

A truly committed entrepreneur from Entre-Deux, Sandra fights against food waste by turning farmers’, bazardiers’ and Pei cooperatives’ excess plants into electuary, fruit purees, soups…

Why choose this association? It meets the challenges of the sustainable and local economy, inclusion and equal opportunities for all.

Here is a small list of their original creations that you can find in our shop and at breakfast:

  • Bringelle (local eggplant) jam with honey
  • Banana ketchup
  • Orange and lemon peel jam
  • Grapefruit jam with roasted peanuts

You can even visit her workshop!

During your stay, you can discover and taste the brand’s wide range of green and black teas, rooibos and infusions.
We have chosen the Côté soleil (Sunshine Corner) flavour to tantalise your taste buds and treat you in your room.
It consists of papaya, blue mallow petal and:

  • Green tea
  • Pineapple
  • Mango
  • Orange
  • Sunflower petal

“More than a soap, an unforgettable experience” is the promise Claire and we make to you.
Claire makes soaps in her workshop using 100% natural active ingredients.
We challenged her to create a soap that reflected our image. The challenge was perfectly met, as you will be able to recognise our famous Creole hut. The one that’s part of our logo.
Made from coconut oil, shea butter and olive oil, the soaps are produced by cold saponification, which preserves each oil’s properties.
The soaps have a light colouring from plants and clays. Gentle and moisturising, the soaps are perfectly suited to sensitive skin. Come and visit our boutique to treat yourself or to give as a gift.

“Antre ô Pots” Workshop

The “Antre Ô Pots” workshop produces ceramics based on ancestral know-how. The glazes have been patiently developed using minerals from Reunion’s soil. The artist draws her inspiration from the surrounding nature: guava and longan ashes, lime from old kilns, red clay rich in iron oxide and volcanic basalt add their magic to the nuances she creates. Naturally, Claire sees nature as a life-size palette of colours, which she loves to observe to create her unique pieces, in the subtle greens of celadon, for example, or her intense reds. At Le Dimitile Hotel & Spa, we are honoured to collaborate with the talented Claire Falconnet.

Le Chai de Cilaos (The Cilaos Winery)

Since 1992, the chai de cilaos has become Reunion’s most emblematic winery! At the winery, the wines are made from a meticulous selection of grape varieties and a unique terroir, which is why we have chosen Cadarbacasse as the supplier for our restaurant La Table of Le Dimitile.
