• Or nacré-cooked Patagonian toothfish, crispy risotto bar, Romanesco cabbage, and lobster sabayon.
• Dessert: The “Sunny Side Up” Easter egg with passion fruit cream, coconut jelly, and 70% chocolate with crispy feuilletine.

On Monday, April 21, take time to relax with our Easter Brunch, priced at €60 per adult and €30 per child. Enjoy a gourmet moment with family or friends on our sunny terrace, with a rich and varied buffet.
