Since 1992, the Chai de Cilaos has become Réunion’s most emblematic wine cellar! In the cellar, the wines are the fruit of a meticulous selection of grape varieties and a unique terroir.
Accompanied by a passionate guide, follow the different stages of the winemaking process step by step, from the picking of the grapes to the magic of bottling. To round off the experience, you’ll be offered a tasting session where our wine enthusiasts will share their expertise with you.
At Cilaos, every Monday and Friday at 10.30am and 2.30pm.
