The hotel has two rooms equipped for people in wheelchairs or with reduced mobility. If you would like to book one of these rooms, please contact us before booking to confirm availability.

Yes, but not all rooms allow this. An extra bed must be booked at reception and will be charged. Baby cots are free of charge.

Cancellation policy depends on the terms and conditions of your booking. It all depends on whether you have taken out a flexible or non-cancellable, non-refundable offer.

Yes, subject to availability, we will be happy to welcome you earlier than originally planned or to extend your stay (at an extra cost). Please contact reception in advance to check availability.

All our rooms are equipped with hairdryers.

Rooms are available from 2 p.m. and must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out can also be arranged at an additional cost of 50% of the daily rate for your accommodation. Subject to availability.

Yes, we have a junior suite that can accommodate 4 people.

We want you to feel as comfortable as possible, so we offer an “in-room formula” for €20, including: a hot drink, fresh fruit juice, pastries, bread, butter, local jam, fruit salad, yoghurt and cereals. Remember to book the evening before at reception or by dialling 9 on your telephone.

It is preferable to book your access to the spa beforehand or when you arrive at the hotel. Access can be booked according to a pre-established schedule of timeslots.

The minimum age to access the spa is 16. Under-age customers may book provided they are accompanied by a parent or other legal guardian. For children under 16, specially adapted massages are offered by our team.

For everyone’s well-being and peace of mind, we would be grateful if you could switch off your mobile phones and other electronic devices when you enter the Spa area. If you are waiting for a message, our receptionists will be delighted to assist you. As the spa area is a hot and humid zone, we cannot accept responsibility for any damage caused to your electronic devices.

For your convenience, a cloakroom with changing facilities and a lockable locker are available. You will find reusable and disinfected flip-flops and a towel. The showers are fully equipped with toiletries.

When you book, please tell us about your state of health or any allergies you may have, so that we can provide you with the most suitable care for your needs. On arrival, you will be asked to complete a health questionnaire. Please note that the heat of the steam room is not recommended for people with circulation problems, high blood pressure or breathing difficulties.

  • Access to the spa is non-cancellable and non-refundable in the event of a no-show at the pre-booked time. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, you will be able to reschedule subject to availability.
  • Massage sessions can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the appointment. And non-refundable in the event of no-show or cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment.
